Woodland Roundhouse Rental
The Space
Our roundhouse shelter is nestled in a hidden woodland glade above a small brook. This secluded space is the perfect place to unwind, connect & immerse in nature. We also welcome forest schools, youth groups and scout groups.
You will have sole private use of 4 acres which includes the roundhouse, the surrounding 3 acre woodland and new tree plantation & a 1 acre field for camping (tents only).
The spiralled roof covers a circular space over 6m diameter, with a fire hearth in the centre and an outer overhang taking the whole, covered, open-sided space to over 10m. It was hand built from natural materials, all sourced within 15 miles of the farm.
The space can accommodate up to 30 people, but 15-20 is a comfortable. Please be aware:
This is a tent only site. There is no access for camper vans and caravans.
This is an off-grid wild campsite with a river to swim in and a potable drinking water tap. There are no showers on site.

FAIR SHARE
These prices are what it costs us to maintain and manage the woods and retreat space.
We don’t want to exclude those on a low income, or Charities/CIC’s/Social Enterprise so get in
touch if these prices are above your budget as we can be flexible in certain circumstances.
VAT - All prices include VAT
DEPOSIT - All bookings will be subject to an additional £125 refundable damage deposit (this can be rolled forward with repeat/multiple bookings)
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES can potentially be flexible, depending on other bookings around your dates.
SPRING/SUMMER HIRE

Weekdays:
Midweek 1 day hire : Tues, Weds or Thurs, 9am-5pm £150
Midweek 2 days/1 night : Tues-Wed or Wed-Thurs £300
(Arrive 9am, leave by 5pm the following day)
Midweek 3 days/2 nights : Tues 9am - Thurs 5pm £400
Weekends:
Weekend 2 days/2nights : 5pm Friday - 6pm Sunday £350
Weekend 3 days/2 nights : 9am Friday - 6pm Sunday £400
Weekend 4 days/3 nights : 9am Thursday - 6pm Sunday £500
